Greg Perkins, President and General Manager, has 25 years experience in the expansion joint industry. In his previous employment with Senior Flexonics Pathway, Greg Perkins held the position of CEO and General Manager for 11 years. Prior positions include project engineer, director of engineering, and business unit manager.

In addition Greg, a degreed engineer, served on both the EJMA (expansion joint manufacturers association) technical and management committee tasked with developing/updating bellows and expansion joint performance criteria. Proficient in ASME design codes. Patents include high temperature piping restraint structures for expansion joint applications.

Nelson DeMontreve, Vice President of Technical Sales, has over 25 years experience in the expansion joint industry. In his previous employment with Senior Flexonics Pathway, Nelson DeMontreve held the position of industrial business unit manager for 10 years.

Prior positions and duties include lead estimator, project scheduler, and project manager. He has experience managing installation of expansion joints in the field, and expediting major projects through manufacturing. In addition Nelson is experienced in expansion joint applications, welding, inspection, and field surveys.

Rodney Goings, PE, Engineering manager responsible for quotation and production engineering of the metal expansion joint product line. Rodney, a professional engineer  is proficient in ASME section VIII, B31.1, and B31.3 codes dealing with design, documentation control and welding procedures.

Rodney has 16 years experience in the expansion joint industry which includes hands on knowledge of refinery, power plant, and process piping applications. In his previous employment with Senior Flexonics Pathway, Rodney Goings held the position of production engineering supervisor responsible for project managing nuclear and industrial jobs through manufacturing.

Bob Harber, Power Plant Applications Engineer, has 25 years experience in the expansion joint industry. Bob’s experience in the industry has included employment with RM Engineered Products, Senior Flexonics Pathway, and JM Clipper.

Proficient in boiler, air heater, economizer, scrubber, and precipitator applications, Bob works directly with the plant personnel to solve thermal growth problems related to high temperature ducting and related equipment.

Anthony Gomez, CAD Designer, has 8 years experience in the expansion joint industry. In his previous employment with Senior Flexonics Pathway.

Anthony held the positions of CAD designer supporting both expansion joint proposals as well as shop issuing of expansion joint sub-assemblies and components. Experienced in EJMA and ASME expansion joint design and QC requirements, Anthony is also proficient in both 2-D Autocad and 3-D Solidworks.

Clayton Zercher, Tooling Engineer, has 10 years experience in the expansion joint industry.

In his previous employment with Senior Flexonics Pathway, Clayton held the positions of tooling engineer, project manager, nuclear parts welder, and field service supervisor.

Alan Reynolds, Operations Mgr./Quality Consultant, is employed with Qualcon, Inc. Alan has over 23 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control with 11 years experience in the expansion joint industry having been employed by Pathway Bellows and Senior Flexonics Pathway.

He is experienced in ASME section VIII, IX, III and ANSI B31.1 and B31.3 Codes, AWS-CWI and vendor Six-Sigma Black-belt.. As a consultant to Oakridge Bellows, Alan is available to develop welding methods, procedures and quality plans. Through Qualcon Inc., Alan, an expert in expansion joint QC issues, is independently available to engineering firms and end users for manufacturing inspection services.
